Level; experience needed in basic quilting procedures.

Choose from one of Haddrick on Fabric’s many small quilt patterns that are designed as a cushion or wall hanging. Eg ‘Blue Wren’. Create a botanically accurate and realistic image in colour schemes that compliment your chosen colour décor. Julie will demonstrate some of the techniques and share with you the processes that have contributed to realism of her original quilts. Students will have the opportunity to follow a pattern whilst receiving individual help and assistance with colours, fabrics and prints; colour scale and value and will help you to create your own beautiful art quilt. No pre cutting required. This is a fun, technique oriented, stress free class. Patterns suitable for all appliqué techniques; raw edge, needle turn or stained glass appliqué.
